At HBC Building Certification, we are delighted to provide you with an itemised fee proposal without obligation to appoint HBC as the certifier. If you have documented plans ready for submission, HBC will assess your development and include a flow chart to explain the application process for building approval in the ACT. A flow chart is also included to assist applicants in NSW for Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates. Our principal aim is to provide quality and value to our clients in all regulatory construction matters pertinent within the ACT and NSW framework. This includes assessing new and existing residential and commercial development applications. At assessment stage, the certifier is tasked with measuring compliance with documented plans against the National Construction Code. Compliance details not shown on documented plans will trigger an email notification to to the applicant for further information (FIR).
